Whether you like it, or not, Fall is coming upon us quickly!! Personally, I love fall. :) I think it is the most beautiful season, with the fall leaves, pumpkins, and of course, crisp juicy apples!! We are so blessed to live in an area with some of the worlds best fruit. But I got off the subject, sorry. ;) With Fall, comes Halloween. Here at Bella we are already getting ready for the upcoming tricks and treats, with Spook Alley! Take a look at the fun...

Upcoming Class
Hi All!! I am back, again. :) I just wanted to let you know of an upcoming class here at Bella. The end result is a cute project, but really it is a technique class. I took this class from Claudine Helmuth when I went to CHA last month. We will be using her paints and medium to create little pieces that will be put together to form a wonderful wall hanging. Here is a look...
I promise you will learn something, there are 10 different techniques here. Plus, her paint is so luscious, you will love it!! This class is next Thursday night, August 27th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The cost is just $18.00!! That is a real bargain. :)

Blog Vacation
That is what I have been on here, a "Blog Vacation". I figure since I don't get to go on a real vacation this summer, I am entitled to a Blog Vacation. Plus, I am the boss, so I can determine the timing and duration of this event! But, the store is calling me to end my Blog Vacation, and get on with what is happening here. So, I guess my Blog Vacation is over. :(
So, here is what is going on... New Products!! Just yesterday we received the new "Boyfriend" line from Cosmo Cricket!! As always, it is super fun!! Here is a quick peek..
We have also the new sports and friendship lines from Teresa Collins. I love both of these lines, as they are beautiful and so easy to use!! Also, today we got new paper from My Mind's Eye,and a re-order of the super cute October Afternoon Christmas "Good Cheer". If you have Christmas projects in mind, we also have BoBunny's "St. Nick", which is brand new as well.

Summer Creative Cafe Project!!

Next Tuesday,take a few minutes to cool off and make a fun project!! We will be making this cute little photo book that slips into its own little envelope carrier. This is a great idea for a brag book for Mom or Grandma. But really, do we need an excuse to make something fun? I know I don't!!! Here is a quick peek..

A Long Overdue Update!
Hi all!! Today I thought I would post an update on what is new, and coming up here at Bella.
First, the new!! October Afternoon's new line "Road Map" finally showed up. There are super cute papers, die-cuts, stamps,and stickers. It was worth the wait! :) The line is travel themed, but could be used for almost anything with the cute polka-dots and retro stripes and plaids.
If you are going on a vacation these would be perfect, but remember to document your everyday life too! I wish I had some photos of our old blue Ford with the "cat-eye" tail lights. So, do a "coming and going" around town page to show the places you hang out this summer. :)
Next, with the new month, you know there is a new project!! So... here it is...
This is a tri-fold with a velcro closure!! A fun project, but also a great boredom buster!! Pick up a couple and pull them out when your kids complain that there is nothing to do. Take a few photos of them playing in the backyard and Presto!! Really, with just a little help, most any child could put this together. As with every project of the month, it is in a kit ready for you to pick-up and take home. Everything is included, and cut for you, all you need is a little glue and your photos. And, as always, they are just $5.00!! A GREAT deal!!
Finally, since Bella is closed on Saturday, I wanted to show you what we are making next Tuesday for our Creative Cafe!!

Show Your Colors
Can you believe it is almost July already?? Boy time really does fly!! June has just slipped by.
Anyway, with July quickly approaching, it might be nice to make a little something to celebrate Independence Day. Bring out the old red, white and blue so to speak. So... here is our project for next Tuesday.

How Does Your Garden Grow?
Next Tuesday, June 16th we will celebrating the beauty of your garden. This is such a beautiful time of year in the Yakima Valley!! I just love the flowers blooming all around town. I think it would be fun to take a walk around your neighborhood, and take photos. A little "photo safari" so to speak. :) You could bring them next Tuesday when we make this ...
It is an accordion book full of photos of flowers. It also has some fun pockets and tags to pull out. The strips are quotes meant to inspire. I just wanted something to put out that would remind me to appreciate all that I have. We all need that from time to time. So, stop by next Tuesday between noon and 7PM. I am Here!!
Yes, I am here! ;) Saturday was a little crazy, and I totally forgot to post the project for next Tuesday. So sorry. But you know, better late than never. So here it is, the project for Tuesday June 9th. I think this is so cute. It is a little birdhouse, and the roof opens up so you can put a little something inside( candy maybe??) This would be perfect for a teacher's gift. After the candy or whatever is gone, you can set the little birdhouse on your desk.
As with every Tuesday, come in between noon and 5 PM. we will have everything ready for you. The cost for this project is just $5.95!! That includes everything to complete this little darling!!
